Software and SaaS
Your pricing page is all price and no proof.
Reviews live on Trustpilot or a marketplace listing. The page where somebody decides to hand over a card number has three plan cards on it and nothing else — which is the one page on your site where a real customer's opinion is the most useful thing you could show.
Where your reviews are now.
The reviews sit on Trustpilot or a marketplace listing, and the page where somebody decides to pay — the pricing page — has nothing on it but prices.
And afterwards
Real customers saying the product was worth it, on the page where that is the exact question being asked.
Why it fits Software and SaaS.
One quote beats a wall, here
On a pricing page a grid of reviews competes with the plan cards for the same decision. A single review set into the page — the quote widget — is the shape that supports the price instead of arguing with it.
A different review on every visit
The quote widget picks at random from the reviews you published, so a returning visitor rarely reads the same one and no single review has to carry the whole page.
Verified, and visibly so
Each card carries the reviewer's name, the date and the platform mark. That is a different claim from a testimonial typed into your CMS, and the difference is the entire reason to do this rather than write three quotes yourself.
What it looks like on your site.
The quote layout, drawn by the same renderer that will run on your website. One quotation beside a price is more persuasive than a wall of them, and it does not compete with the plan cards.
Had a billing question at eight in the evening and had a real answer before nine. That is rarer than it should be.

Questions from Software and SaaS.
- We collect NPS and testimonials ourselves. Can I use those?
- Yes — ReviewsJet has its own collection forms and review request emails, and reviews collected that way sit in the same library. They carry a verified mark because a named person filled in a form at an address you do not control; a review you type in yourself does not, and should not.
- Can I show reviews on our docs and blog too?
- Yes. Install the same widget wherever you like, or use the popup so it is on every page without occupying any of them. There is no view limit on any plan, so a page that does well does not cost more.
- What about G2 or Capterra?
- Not supported. ReviewsJet reads Google, Trustpilot, Yelp, TripAdvisor and Airbnb directly, and Etsy, Amazon, AliExpress and TourRadar through the extension. If your reviews are on G2, this is not the tool for that half of them.
