- Do I need an account per client?
- Yes — one workspace per client, because their reviews and their billing are theirs. That is also what lets you hand the whole thing over when the project ends rather than remaining the account holder for a site you no longer touch.
- Is there white labelling?
- No. Paid plans remove the \u201cPowered by ReviewsJet\u201d line from the widget, which is what most agencies mean by the question, but there is no agency dashboard, no client portal and no reseller programme. We would rather say that plainly than let you find out after the pitch.
- What if the client is on Shopify?
- ReviewsJet does not support Shopify. That is the one platform where the answer is no, and it is better to know now.
